For many years, my life was centred around teaching, structure, and achievement. I worked in academia and enjoyed the clarity and purpose that came with it. Over time, though, the pace and pressure led to burnout and a deeper realisation that something needed to change.
Stepping away from that path was not easy, but it opened the door to work that feels more aligned with who I am. I now support individuals and teams as they navigate relationships, family dynamics, and the many transitions that shape our lives.
Alongside my work, I balance motherhood, caring responsibilities within my family, and my own need for reflection and renewal. Those experiences have deepened my compassion and reinforced my belief that growth happens in cycles, not straight lines.
I’m based in Amsterdam and bring curiosity, care, and a steady presence into my coaching. I care deeply about helping people reconnect with themselves and with the relationships that matter most.
The phoenix reminds me that change often comes after something has burned out. I believe we all have an inner capacity to renew, adapt, and begin again, especially during the many transitions life brings.
