I didn’t build Intogreat from theory. I built it from experience.
For years, I worked in high-pressure environments across law, consulting, and corporate organisations. I was ambitious, driven, and outwardly successful. I also pushed myself too far, ignored my limits, and eventually burned out.
Life then unravelled in ways I didn’t expect. I lived through an abusive relationship, left during COVID, and found myself rebuilding from scratch, far from friends and family. That period forced me to slow down, face myself honestly, and relearn how to live in a way that was grounded, safe, and aligned with my values.
Intogreat grew out of that process. I used the tools myself while also doing therapy and seeking support. I don’t believe there’s one answer to healing. I do believe in practical, compassionate tools that help people come home to themselves, one small step at a time.
Today, I live in Liverpool and lead Intogreat with the same principles it’s built on. Simplicity. Kindness over pressure. Growth that fits real life.
Elle Woods reminds me that confidence and kindness don’t have to be opposites. She leads with integrity, supports other women, and stays true to herself even when she’s underestimated. It’s a reminder that strength can be both warm and unapologetic.
